We have put together and will continue to update our Frequently Asked Questions section.
If the below doesn’t answer your question, then please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail email@example.com or by phone 077489 66634
Q. Do you have insurance?
A. Yes we have full Business Insurance with £1million Public Liability. All of our kit is fully PAT Tested.
Q. I see you have a drone, is it insured too?
Yes – we have all the appropriate insurance (through Moonrock Insurance formerly known as Insurance4Drones) in place as well as the BNUC-S qualification for flying and the CAA approval to carry out commercial aerial work (Permit for Commercial Operations PfCO).
Q. Once you’ve filmed our wedding, when can we expect to receive our finished product?
A. Our normal turnaround time for production is 8-14wks from the date of your wedding. This will include an online review of a lower resolution draft version and any suggested changes to be made. Then a finalised version is sent out. During our busy periods this time-frame can be extended to 14-26wks. We will notify you of the expected time a couple of weeks after your wedding. In some cases an unavoidable delay outwith our control can occur which extends the time-frame. We endeavour to avoid longer delays however if we are running beyond normal times, we will keep you in the loop and provide an approximate timeframe.
Q. What do we need to do to book with you?
A. Once we’ve checked our availability and discussed your package options then a £250 (non-refundable) booking fee secures your date. Nothing is confirmed until the booking fee and completed form have been received.
Q. How do we pay our booking fee?
A. You can pay by Bank Transfer (contact us for details) or by cash/card if at any shows we are exhibiting at.
Q. What do you need from us (the couple) for our wedding film?
A. To avoid any delays in producing your wedding film it would be very helpful if you supplied us with your song choices BEFORE you get married. Depending on your package this can be from 4 -10 songs of your choice. Also, once you have them, some photos which can be used for your disc and the box inlay, normally 4-6 is plenty.
Q. How long is a quote valid for?
A. All quotes are valid for 14 days. After this time I can supply you with a new quote, at current prices, incorporating any running offers.
